The Philippine Breast Cancer Network is the national non-profit network of Filipino women afflicted with breast cancer. The PBCN maintains a patient's perspective and will always uphold the dignity and integrity of women with breast cancer.
   
The PBCN is part of the Global Movement for the Eradication of Breast Cancer and strongly advocates the principle of Informed Consent and the Precautionary Principle.

The PBCN is working through information & awareness, action and policy intiatives to: 1)Replace mammography with a safer and more reliable form of detection; 2)Discover and promote non-toxic treatments; 3)Eliminate preventable causes of breast cancer, such as those in the environment; and 4)Make the best possible medical care, support services and information available to all.
